WHATS NEW IN LINGERIE?
COLOUR
Emerging in line with the A/W 17/18 Nocturne colour forecast, darkest tones of blues and purple also wine have a shadowy, moody quality, presenting seductive alternatives to black.
Dark on Dark: visual depth is created with raised embroidery or lace overlays on shadowy sheers.
Black Accents: shades are darkened further with black accents, such as tulle inserts, lace and satin trims and overlays.
Cosmic Lights: metallic threads in laces and a subdued sheen in mesh and satin bring a nighttime glimmer to tinted darks, perfect for the party season.
Deep, inky blues appear almost black,emphasised by combining navy and black threads together within laces and with black trims.
These dark tones have a dusky, shadowy quality, and while everyday styles are flat and smooth, luxury pieces arelifted with metallic threads, giving a cosmic sparkle to moody, midnight shades.
Dark claret reds almost transition into black cherry and are rich, deep and dramatic.
